All orders are shipped via USPS and the tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

Orders placed before 5pm EST on Sunday – Thursday will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. All orders received after 12:00 AM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out same day.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification.


Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the U.S., sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within New York state.


If you are placing your order from outside the U.S. you are responsible for all duties and taxes associated with your purchase. We will not mark packages as gifts or samples. Please not that it may take up to 14 days for a package to be delivered internationally.


BERGLUND does not assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise once it has been delivered to the carrier. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties including fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from BERGLUND, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to BERGLUND. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.



BERGLUND gladly accepts returns and exchanges (excluding those purchased on sale or with a promotional code, please read below for sale policies) that are in their unworn, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached within 10 days of the receipt of the item.

Sale Items: ALL SALE ITEMS *INCLUDING* THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Sale and promotional items may be returned for an exchange or store credit, but NOT for a refund.

Please email or call Monday – Friday, 11AM-5PM EST within five days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within five days of receiving your RA#. Please mail your return with the original receipt to the following address:

Items purchased online via BERGLUND’s, Etsy or other online store can’t be returned to the website. You must authorize a return through the point of purchase.

Please note: For accepted returns, we will refund your card for the amount of the product only, unless the error was ours.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
